The human body contains about 75% water. Our bodies are bio-electrical systems and are dependent on a good quality water supply for optimum physical and psychological states.
Herein lays a problem. Many people have rejected water, considering it to be too bland when comparing it to other choices of drink such as soda pops, alcoholic pops, sugar or chemical laced water alternatives, cafeinated drinks etc. For many people this choice has been a disastrous move. One that has led to so much ill health as a result of long-term or even chronic lack of water intake in the diet. This situation has been further compounded by most doctors not recognising the importance of a good supply of water needed for good health. Furthermore, prescribed drugs often cause dehydration and switch off the body’s warning signals.
